Process:
1. Referral (Form 7.11)
The dispute is referred to the CCMA.
2. Conciliation
A commissioner attempts to resolve the dispute.
3. Arbitration
If unresolved, the matter proceeds to arbitration.
4. Award
A binding decision is issued.
